I have the honor of doing a wedding from time to time. I also have the understanding of how small a part the actual ceremony plays in making a good marriage. If the ceremony made for great marriages those in the rich parts of our society would be married all the days of their lives. It seems to data people, the more money you make and the more fame you have the less chance you have of staying married let alone having a pure marriage. I would like you to think of the Rapture as Jesus coming for His bride-the church. Jesus made a promise to His disciples and then when they began to die, God had Paul repeat the promise to the churches so we would stay faithful knowing Jesus was coming again. I have just about as many loved ones in Heaven (to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord) as I have on earth. If God decides to take me to Heaven, I am ready. But if God decided to let me go with all of the saved on earth, just after the dead in Christ-then I am headed to the Marriage Supper of the Lamb. PLEASE COME WITH ME.
